Customers may request a return or refund when an eligible product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, incomplete, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet the applicable product or vendor return policy.

Return and refund eligibility may vary by product category and vendor. Products must generally be returned in the condition required by the applicable return policy, with original accessories, packaging, and other included items where applicable.

Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to special return conditions due to their nature, hygiene requirements, customization, perishability, software/digital delivery, or other applicable restrictions.

Customers should submit a return or refund request through their RGBKart account and select the applicable reason. RGBKart or the relevant vendor may request photographs, videos, order information, or other evidence when necessary to assess the request.

Once a return is approved, the customer will receive instructions regarding the return process. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and/or the claim has been reviewed, according to the applicable vendor and RGBKart policy.

Where a product is damaged during delivery, customers should report the issue as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting evidence when requested.

Important: This is the default marketplace policy. Individual vendors may provide additional or different return conditions for their products, provided those conditions are clearly communicated to customers and comply with applicable laws and RGBKart policies.
